Class Description
The goal is to try as many forms of art and as many mediums as possible.
- drawing with pencil, charcoal, colour pencil, markers
- painting with watercolour, tempera, acrylic...
- print making in various methods
- Collage, mixed media, mosaic...
- Sculpting in clay, paper mâché, recycled materials...
- textile art such as weaving, embroidery, etc.
- AND MUCH MORE!! (I'm sure I've missed a few!)
We discuss the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design as they happen naturally during projects, but the focus is on enjoyment and fun. The learning happens almost by accident!
--Art History and Art Appreciation included at no extra charge! ;) --
There is not time in 10 weeks to do everything on this list, but there will be new projects every season.
$220 + HST
